  1. If QM Administrator fails to connect at the specified time, you can have it retry regularly until it has successfully connected.  Upon the first successful connection, periodic calling will cease until the next day.  The 'successful completion' flag gets cleared when you reconfigure the MailCenter or you start QM Administrator.
